Japanese Katanas with new production
techniques that create the quality Last Legend is know for, but at a

It has taken the interviewing of
over two dozen potential new foundries (and out of that only finding two
that meet the LL standards), plus almost two years to perfect all the
new processes and production methods that are being used at the Last
Legend #2 and soon #6 foundries to make the new Pro•Sword lines of
swords and knives.
These new production methods
produce folded blades with exquisite hada , or grain patterns, and
blades made with sandwiched steels with high polish.
All the furnishings, Tsuba, Habaki
etc., on the new blades are antiqued.
The furnishing displayed on this
page, although they look very old, they are actually new from one of the
new Last Legend suppliers.
All Pro•Sword katanas, single
sword and sets, come with authentic detailed silk sword bag, and come in
a wooden presentation case that is covered in matching silk on the
outside with satin lining inside, and of course, antique case latches.
Each case also comes with a
maintenance kit in a wooden box that fits within the presentation case.
The new production methods enable
the Pro•Sword line to be at a price "average people" really can afford,
and still all backed by the Last Legend reputation and customer service.
