CONTACT AND ORDERING
J-Armory Trading Company is an authorized retailer for Last Legend, and Furuyama
swords products. To make sure you only get the best, J-Armory hand inspects each
Hanwei and Furuyama product before shipment. If you are not satisfied with any
product, simply return it within 14 days unused in its original condition and
packaging, and J-Armory will fully refund the price of the product (please read
carefully the details of our warranty listed below). To order e-mail us with a
list of the items you are interested in, or fill out the mail-order form below
and e-mail or mail the order to us.
All Furuyama swords are considered custom order. This is done so that each
swords fits the unique style and tastes of its owner. Custom Orders usually take
4 to 6 months for delivery. Please remember that each sword is hand forged and
individually hand made to order. Delivery time will vary and 4 to 6 months is
only an estimate. J-Armory does not know when an order will be completed or how
an individual order is coming along. All we get is a notification that a batch
of swords is on the way. We do not know which swords are in the shipment until
we unpack and inspect the swords. After the swords have been inspected and
matched up with the order, we will notify you that your sword has arrived.
Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail in the Continental U. S. and by USPS
World Wide Expedited Mail for international shipment.

The most efficient way to contact us for prices, questions, and to place orders
is by E-Mail. We check our e-mail regularly and this is the quickest way to get
a response about pricing, products, availability and shipping. Please use our
mail order from for placing orders or requesting price and delivery. We usually
answer e-mails within 48 hours due to the large number of requests. Sometimes it
may take longer but please be patient. If you have problems e-mailing us, try
using jadams10@austin.rr.com. This way if one e-mail system is down hopefully
the other system will be working.

only. International orders must be paid with Paypal. To make a payment through

All Furuyama and Last Legend swords come with Standard Free shipping (within the
continuous 48United States) via USPS with no guarantee on delivery times.
Shipping for all
Paul Chen swords within the continuous 48 United States is $18.00. For Overseas
orders please contact us for cost. Please note that each country has a limit on
the size of the box they allow.
Return Policy
We offer you a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return your purchase, please
contact us for return authorization code and shipping instructions. Because of
the few customers that have tried to take advantage of our return policy, the
following instructions are an absolute - The item must be returned in ORIGINAL
NEW condition with NO alterations of any kind, in ALL the original containers
(inner boxes must have NO mailing labels on them) and MUST be accompanied by all
parts, paperwork, labels, and any special packing material that accompanied the
product. Should the product be returned missing any of the aforementioned items
or in less than NEW condition, the cost of the missing items and/or the cost to
return the product to NEW condition will be deducted from the customer's credit.
Lack of care and/or failure to follow these instructions can result in your
responsibility for the cost incurred to bring the product back to new condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to package the product for safe return
without damage to the product or its immediate container. The item must be sent
insured for the full value. J-Armory is not responsible for any damage to the
product during return shipping. Any items returned to J-Armory without
accompanying authorization number will be found to be in violation of our return
policy and will be declined.
Please Note: the cost of any custom options, where applicable, is NOT
refundable. So do not order custom options if you do not really want them.
With the above requirements fulfilled, your account will be credited for the
original purchase price and the return shipping cost, less any fees incurred by
J-Armory to conduct the transaction. Please Note, Custom Orders, Fast Ship,
Overseas Shipping, and original shipping charges to the customer are not
refundable.
Cancel and/or Returned Orders
Orders that are canceled and/or returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee
and any fees incurred by J-Armory to conduct the transaction or cancel the
order.
THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS AND NOT SOLD AS TOYS.
J-ARMORY TRADING COMPANY ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE, INJURY, LOSS,
AND/OR MISUSE INCURRED BY USE OF ANY PRODUCT OR MERCHANDISE SOLD. PRODUCTS WILL
NOT BE SOLD TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD. IT IS SOLELY THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS AND/OR
STATUTES. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM J-ARMORY TRADING COMPANY IMPLIES AGREEMENT
AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE STATEMENTS BY THE BUYER.
